The courses and holiday programmes booked through Creative Hub are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal. They are services related to leisure activities that are booked for a specific date or period. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded pursuant to section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
